    We can pick bikes up from your house or work at a time suitable for you and drop them off too. Simply drop us a line to set a time!

  Will you fit parts I`ve sourced from elsewhere?

    Of course and without a surcharge or snotty look either! With bike parts being offered at very competitive prices elsewhere we actively encourage it. We will do our best to help you get the correct part too.

  My bike is my pride and joy. How do I know you`ll take care of it?

    Every bike (without exception) is given exactly the same treatment as our own - they are extremely well looked after and will be given back in better condition than we got them!

  How long do your services take?

    Unless we have to wait for parts, services will normally be done within two working days and dropped back off to you.

  I`m looking for a certain part - can you find one for me?

  • 
    If you're wanting to use our Parts Sourcing Service, of course! The less fussy you are regarding what part the quicker it's likely to be - for example a brand new pair of Onza Porcupines is likely to take more time to find than a 'set of carbon bars'!
